In the past three weeks you have practiced being grateful in a number of different ways: for the things you have, the things you can do, and even for the things you don’t like and don’t want to show up in your life. Maybe you have found some other areas where you can become grateful, and if you have, congratulations! But in this fourth and last section, we will bring all those things together for you to practice.

So this week, my charge to you is this: for the next 21 days, set the beeper on your phone for every two hours, and when it beeps, become grateful for whatever is happening in your life right at that moment: for the meal you are eating, for the computer challenge you’re facing (a reminder for more allowance!) for your colleague’s confrontational remarks, for the peace in your house, or for the pandemonium that breaks out when the kids come home from school. Whatever the situation is, every two hours spend 20 seconds being grateful to your Source; even if it’s just for having a phone that beeps and reminds you of all the gifts of Spirit! And watch, as even those things you don’t like, through you being grateful for them, stop irritating you as much, or become less and less frequent.

Shine your highest Light!
