We think we are unable to do anything to make this world a better place, to stop the wars going on, to prevent terrorist attacks, to better the conditions of poverty, to prevent discrimination, whether based on race, color, religion, gender or whatever else. So we turn to marches against all those things; but when has our outcry against, been successful in making politicians act in a more heart-centered way?
Mother Theresa has already said she would never join a manifestation against war, but would always join one for peace in the world. You were born to bear the Light of Divinity into this world. When it seems that evil becomes rampant in the world, remember the word “evil” when read back to front, is “live”. We are supposed to live our lives expressing the highest values of divinity, which are harmony, peace, love, appreciation, understanding, compassion and abundance of every good thing; when we see evil, it’s because we have lived in opposition to the eternal divine laws of the Universe. We have lived our lives backwards.
The principle of the underlying oneness of all things translates into “I” must do whatever it takes to live according to divine laws. Just as I can’t digest anyone else’s meal, I can’t make anyone else behave differently. And when I resist, protest, fight against, accuse or blame anyone, I am living in opposition to the divine laws of unconditional love and unconditional allowance of everything. No good can ever come out of that.
Instead, let me stand for the Truth, without blaming or judging anyone. I proclaim am standing for peace, harmony, love and allowance of every expression of that divinity whatever it appears as, knowing that a spark of God lives in every heart, regardless of how thickly it is covered up by the hate, antagonism, animosity, anger or resentment. Most people are not in a position to stop hate and abuse of power on a global level; but what they can always do, is not join the ranks of those who hate and scream against, but send blessings and forgiveness to those who demonstrate qualities denying the inherent goodness of Life.
Don’t add your resentment, aversion and hostility to that which you see outside; rather send out the Light of your divinity to every condition and situation you see that triggers you in any way. When you see anger, bless both parties with harmony; when you see hatred, bless them with love; when you see sadness, bless them with joy; when you see discrimination, bless them with allowance of differences; when you see poverty, bless them with abundance.
The only way to dissolve clouds of evil is to know your inherent divinity and send the Light of that divinity around you, unconditionally. Not only to the victims, but also to the perpetrators. Recognize the pain they must be in to commit such abominable actions. A person who is happy, joyful and harmonious would never do such things. Just as when you switch on a light, the darkness of the room just dissolves, when you activate the Light of your Spirit to shine on any darkness you see, it will start dissolving that darkness.
Light never fights darkness; it liberates the darkness to return to the Source of all life.Therefore, we don’t oppose the dark agenda, but stand tall, to proclaim the values that are ours and missing from the appearance we see. And if it’s really too hard, in the circumstance before you to bless, love and forgive all, then look at that part within yourself that is angry and unforgiving, and love and bless that part of you, relentlessly, until you feel it relaxing, diminishing and ultimately, becoming the love you are giving it.
