Why is your vibration important.

The higher your vibration is, the smoother your life flows. That does not mean things don’t happen to you – things will always happen! Rain will fall, trains and planes might be late or cancelled, there will be electricity failures and the food in your refrigerator will go bad before you can eat it all.

But with all of this, if you can keep a smile on your face and feel it’s no big deal, there are worse things in life and inconvenient as this is, it will pass – and maybe in some way, might even benefit you – then you keep your vibration high.

And what is vibration?  It is simply the frequency at which the trillions of your cells that make you up vibrate.  Energy is a vibration and even science tells us that everything, including you, is energy. Pure energy has a high vibration and is invisible; as vibration lowers, it becomes denser and more visible.  

Angels have a high vibration and so are invisible; people have a lower vibration and can be seen. We could say that when an angel lowers their vibration it becomes a person, and when a person raises their vibration they become an angel.

We influence our vibration by the thoughts we think, the feelings we feel, and the things we do.  When we are in joy, gratitude appreciation and care, feel harmonious, courageous, empowered or loving, we call those “good” feelings, and they are a high vibration.  When we are sad, depressed or angry, guilty, ashamed, anxious or afraid, those are states we don’t like to be in, and they lower our vibration.

Every person, creature, thing, thought and feeling in existence has a level at which it vibrates, and we are thinking and feeling all the time. We don’t really know how much of our time, in any one day, is in the higher, or lower spectrum of vibrations – let alone in one week, month, year, or our whole lifetime!  But the Universe keeps a precise reckoning of that, from the day we were born, and delivers to us an average of that.  

So if you don’t like the way your life feels, or the direction in which it is going, your first endeavor needs to be that your thoughts, from which stem your feelings, are always as positive as you can possibly make them, even in the worst of circumstances. Always look for the happiest and most allowing thought you can find, letting the Universe do the math for you. Only after that do you start doing things to improve your situation.

And your barometer for knowing where you stand is how good you feel most of the time, and watch, how quickly you get to the 50% mark!  and as you keep thinking good thoughts and feeling compassionate and forgiving feelings, life turns around to become more like you want it to be.
