Things are moving at such a pace now, that we never have the opportunity to reflect on what were the gifts that we have received in the past months and years? What were the unexpected blessings, in the midst of all the other painful and disruptive circumstances?

We can all easily think of all the misfortunes that have befallen us, and also realize that all of those are positioned exclusively in the realm of our body, personality, and body of affairs; in the visible realm of our existence.

But what about the invisible realm? What about our spiritual life, our connection to Source, connection to the Divinity inside of us, which has the potential of taking our consciousness out of the purely material, where all dysfunction lies, into the spiritual, where we can rise above material circumstances and realize how strong we have grown in facing events and not allowing them to rule us; but finding solutions to every problem that came up.

We need to recognize our courage and resilience, without which we would probably not have survived the challenges we had – mentally, emotionally, or even physically!   Some people have, and some still are committing suicide – we did not! Some people have sunk into depression or even developed a disease – we did not, and are still here, moving forward to the best of our ability.

That is something that needs to be celebrated and acknowledged; and for some of us, this time has been of expansion, whether materially, or spiritually, or both. We can resolve our feelings of helplessness by becoming helpful, to ourselves or others, energetically or materially, whichever seems most appropriate.  But there is always something we can do to climb out of the ditch we have landed in, (or jumped into!) and everything starts with the new energy we bring to every situation.

Counting our blessings is a good start for developing a high vibration, leading to positive outcomes.
