We have been told many times that what unites us as humans is far greater than what divides us, and that is true. We are all expressions of the One Source of all life and the difference in our appearance are not fundamental differences. Fundamentally, we are made of one energy, and even if we are different physically, we all want the same things, to be happy, to be at peace, joyful, to have an abundance of what we need to sustain life.

And yet, whenever anything happens we don’t like, we are quick to start blaming others for what appears even before trying to find a solution, which comes second. And blame inevitably leads to some form of conflict, mental, emotional and finally physical. It’s an energy based in duality, rooted in a mentality of conspiracy, of “us vs. them”, of misinformation and often voluntary spreading of false information for purposes of protection of our self-image, of our finances, of our political party, of whatever we have and want to hold on to.

That is the mindset that we are now being asked to let go of; to recognize that only in the unity of the human race will we find a solution to conflicts; only in saying “YES” to what we all truly want and taking action towards that YES, which is for everyone and everything without exception, to be happy, peaceful, joyful, and abundant in all the necessities of life.

Saying YES to what we truly want is not the same as saying NO to what we don’t want.
Read that sentence again; it’s really important.

Don’t spend any time in resisting what already is; what is, is just a coagulation of our thoughts and beliefs of the past and we don’t want to project that into our future. Look at every bit of good that you can find in every circumstance that you are faced with right now. The confinement and restrictions about meeting with others is giving us an opportunity to become present with ourselves, to examine at very deep levels who we have been, who we are, and where we want to go.

The bustle and activities of life before never gave us that opportunity. Be thankful for it, and use the time well. Don’t look for distractions, when mercifully, most of them have been taken away; take this chance of going deeply within and addressing the wounds we have never truly seen before, which have created the limitations in our perceptions of who we are.

Then we can emerge from this incredibly important window of time more healed and more whole, and more dedicated to creating the life all humanity wants, through becoming the Love we already are. Creating a world where people respect, value and appreciate each other and all creation. A world that works for the highest good of all.
