Life is progressive, always evolving from a lower aspect to a higher one, and unless we keep pace with life, we stagnate, start to deteriorate mentally and physically. In duality everything is polarized, meaning it has an opposite; we call that negative and positive, which has nothing to do with good or bad. It’s only when we join the apparent opposites into the wholeness of the one energy within us that we become whole beings.
