If you have had an exceptionally difficult life, and are wondering, “What did I do wrong, to be punished in this way?” You can let go of that idea.
On the contrary, it is the most advanced spiritual beings, who have experienced and overcome many challenges on their journey to an enlightened state, that volunteer to come to Earth at this time, and perhaps into the most difficult families or circumstances, because they have helped other civilizations in the process of their Ascension, and know, on a subconscious level, the challenges involved, since they have already done it on their own planet.
The Earth is now in the process of its Ascension and the challenges we are encountering are very similar to those that other civilizations have gone through, and those volunteers chosen to embody here are the best of the best, and they knew they would sink into deep unconsciousness as humans, forgetting who they were and what they knew.
But they also knew that at some point, they would start to remember, and that remembrance starts with just knowing that there is something to remember and that doing the best you know how, at any given moment, will be enough. Because circumstances on Earth are different from the circumstances you encountered before, so an exact remembrance might not even be useful. However, it is not possible to do any better than holding fast to the highest Truth that you know and acting in accordance with that Truth – and that, of course, will look different for every person. Because we are all unique individuals.
So acting in accordance with your highest standards, and also refraining from judgement in your consciousness, regardless of how anyone else is acting are two very necessary things to keep in mind. And that does not mean condoning abuse or bad or criminal behavior – it just means that you stop any harmful behavior if you are able, or denounce it to the authorities if necessary, but in your consciousness, you don’t blame, condemn or judge the person – knowing the Truth about them, which is the same Truth about you. That we are all expressions of the One Divine Life manifesting here on Earth.
